Pursuant to article 6 of French act no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of https://craftok.fr/ are informed of the identity of the parties involved in its creation and upkeep:

This entire website falls under French and international copyright and intellectual property law. All rights reserved.

Services: all services offered by Craftok through its websites (https://craftok.fr, https://shop.craftok.fr…), its Minecraft game servers and its Discord voice servers (https://discord.craftok.fr…).

User: the natural person using the services offered by Craftok.

Personal data: the personal information the user has recorded when signing up to the services, and/or supplied while using them.

Intellectual property rights: trademarks, domain names, copyrights, designs, patents, database rights and any other intellectual property right operated by Craftok and required for its activity as a service provider.

Hyperlink: the referencing system, embodied by a word, an icon or a logo, that lets one move from one document to another with a click.

Website: the website made available to the public and to users.

Content: all data (text, images, audio, video, builds on the servers) published by Craftok and/or present on any of the services.

Craftok reserves the right to amend these terms of use without notice; they must be read before any purchase on the shop (https://shop.craftok.fr). The user must be of legal age or hold their guardian’s authorisation before making a purchase.

Should the user not accept these terms of use, they undertake not to use the services offered by Craftok.

The user acknowledges that Craftok is, together with Mojang, the sole owner of the intellectual property rights covering all services provided. Nothing in these terms may be read as granting the user a licence over those rights.

Craftok grants only a personal and private viewing right over its content, to the exclusion of any public showing or broadcast. Any unauthorised representation, reproduction or extraction of the content or of the website is therefore strictly forbidden, under penalty of legal action, and exposes the offender to civil and criminal penalties, in particular those set out in articles L. 335-2 and L. 343-1 of the French intellectual property code.

Craftok cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment while accessing the services, whether it results from the use of ageing hardware, from a virus, from an out-of-date browser, or from a bug or incompatibility.

The services contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. Craftok has no control over those sites and assumes no responsibility for their content; their presence does not mean Craftok endorses them. Craftok gives no guarantee as to the truthfulness, timeliness, quality or completeness of their content, their relevance, or any difficulty in reaching them.

The user acknowledges that using the services is done at their own risk, in particular when downloading data, files or software that could damage their computer. Craftok cannot be held liable for any data loss, virus, software bug or damage affecting the user’s computer, personal data or account data.

In France, personal data is protected in particular by act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, act no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the criminal code and the European directive of 24 October 1995.

Craftok only collects personal data where certain services require it. The user supplies that information knowingly, in particular when entering it themselves, and is told whether supplying it is mandatory.

No personal data is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold to third parties. Only the sale of Craftok and of its rights would allow that information to be passed on to the buyer, who would then be bound by the same obligations towards the user.

Inactive accounts are kept for three years at most.

The databases are protected by the act of 1 July 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

Browsing the website may install cookies on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small file that does not identify the user but records information about a computer’s browsing on a website. The data thus obtained makes later browsing easier and allows audience measurement. Refusing a cookie may make some services unreachable.

https://shop.craftok.fr delivers intangible goods: no refund or exchange is possible once the product has been delivered.

Perks and ranks bought on our site are tied to your Minecraft account and cannot be transferred to another account, save in exceptional cases.

Any refund attempt or PayPal dispute leads to a permanent and irreversible blacklisting from all our servers, from other Minecraft shops and from every platform linked to Craftok.

It may take between 10 and 20 minutes for a purchase to be credited in game. If you have still not been credited after that, open a ticket on our Discord with a proof of purchase and we will look into it as soon as possible.

By way of derogation from article L. 121-20-2 of the French consumer code, and given the nature of the service (intangible and delivered immediately), the player no longer has a right of withdrawal from the date and time the service is provided.

By way of derogation from article L. 121-20-1 of the French consumer code, the customer has a fourteen-day right of withdrawal if the service has not yet been delivered. It is exercised by e-mail to [email protected] and entitles the customer to a refund of the sums already paid within fourteen days of receipt of the notice. Any request that misses the legal deadline or lacks information will not be considered.
